Mariza is the Founder of RevMachine.ai, where AI automation and smart systems are engineered to drive more revenue and higher profits. With an MBA and early career inside Fortune 50 giants, she managed more than $100M in sales before deciding corporate life was too small a box. She went on to scale e-commerce businesses to seven figures in record time and built winning strategies across digital media, international sales, and product development. Today she draws on two decades of closing deals and growing companies to help clients transform complex sales challenges into streamlined, scalable growth engines.


Jay Connelly
Jay is Co-Founder of RevMachine.ai, bringing a unique mix of technical expertise and growth strategy to B2B sales. With a Computer Science background and early career as a Solutions Architect in London’s corporate learning sector, he later co-founded two marketing agencies—one bootstrapped, the other venture-backed—scaling both to seven-figure revenues. He has also worked with several US startups, building sales and partnership strategies that consistently turn visibility into measurable growth.
